We Are Hiring: Industrial Painters (Wet & Powder Coating)

Join a company specializing in the manufacturing of steel structures with comprehensive anti-corrosion protection.

The company produces:

• Production and warehouse halls;
• Silos, towers, and technological lines;
• Steel structures (including specialized constructions) for the food, automotive, woodworking, construction, and military industries.

Location: Śrem, Poland

Position: Industrial Painter (Wet & Powder Coating)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing steel elements for painting;
• Cleaning, sanding, and degreasing surfaces before coating;
• Applying wet paint coatings;
• Applying powder coatings;
• Inspecting painted surfaces and ensuring quality standards;
• Following painting procedures and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience as an industrial painter;
• Experience with wet painting and/or powder coating;
• Ability to prepare surfaces for painting;
• Attention to detail and quality of work;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Communicative Polish preferred; English is also acceptable.

Salary

32 PLN/hour

Work Schedule

• 06:00–18:00 (first week);
• 18:00–06:00 (second week);
• Additional Saturday shifts of 7 hours.
