MIG/MAG Welder

We are looking for MIG/MAG Welders to join a steel structure manufacturing company

The company specializes in the comprehensive production of structural steel constructions with anti-corrosion protection. Its products include:

• Production and warehouse halls;
• Silos, towers, and technological lines;
• Steel structures (including specialized constructions) for the food, automotive, woodworking, construction, and military industries.

Location: Śrem, Poland

Responsibilities:

• Preparing components for welding;
• Operating metalworking and locksmith machinery;
• Assembling steel plates into structures according to technical documentation;
• Welding steel structures using the MAG 135 process;
• Performing post-weld metalworking and finishing tasks.

Requirements:

• Valid MAG 135 welding certifications for both plates and pipes (FW, BW);
• Experience in welding steel structures;
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
• Experience using oxy-acetylene cutting and heating torches;
• Structural steel fitter/assembler skills;
• Communicative Polish preferred; English is also acceptable.

Salary:

35 PLN per hour

Work Schedule:

• 06:00–18:00 (first week);
• 18:00–06:00 (second week);
• Additional Saturday shifts of 7 hours.
